I have an engineering degree from Compiègne Technology University (UTC – France) with a specialization for food processes.
I joined the Clextral compagny more than 20 years ago. I started first at the Clextral office in Tampa (USA) and then came back to Clextral main office in Firminy (France).
I work as a food and feed extrusion process engineer, and I develop extrusion process for the food and feed industries. I am responsible for the pilot scale extrusion tests and product development for Clextral customers. I also take part in extrusion units commissioning around the world. Since the end of 2020, I also work as a protein market manager within Clextral.
